Politsei- ja Piirivalveamet ning kaitsevägi kutsuvad üles inimesi teavitama nende valduses olevatest muusikainstrumentidest. Kampaania eesmärk on vähendada kodudes leiduvate ohtlikku müra tekitavate instrumentide hulka, aga ka meelde tuletada, et pillide vabatahtliku loovutamise eest ei karistata.

Vabatahtliku pilliloovutamiskampaania “Pill tuleb pika ilu peale ära tuua” on järg märtsis alanud riigi kärpeplaanidele, kus nii kaitsevägi kui ka Politsei-ja Piirivalveamet andsid teada, et koondavad oma orkestrid.

„Eesti kodudes leidub nii muusikainstrumente kui ka muid muusika tegemiseks kasutatavaid vahendeid, mis ohustavad ebavajaliku lärmi tootmisega koduomanikku ennast, aga ka naabreid ja lähedasi,” teatas siseminister Kristian Jaani.
“On oluline teada, kortermaja puhul võib muusikaga tegelemine lõppeda väga traagiliste tagajärgedega ning lisaks ohustatud eludele ja kõrvakuulmisele kaasneb sellega kindlasti ka ulatuslik majanduslik kahju,“ selgitas siseminister.
“Seepärast ongi riik astumas järjest samme, et eelpoolnimetatud olukordi tulevikus vähendada või lausa vältida,” sõnas Jaani.
Pillid kotti ja politseisse
“Kindlasti paneme oma tänase üleskutse eraldi südamele kõigile organiseeritult muusikainstrumente käsitlevatele grupeeringutele nagu orkestrid, bändid ja muud taolised, et nad oma pillid vabatahtlikult loovutaksid ega hakkaks tegelema ebaseadusliku põrandaaluse muusikaloomega,” rõhutab siseminister.
„Samas on oluline, et inimesed mõistaksid, et kui nad annavad kodus leiduvast muusikainstrumendist vabatahtlikult teada, siis neid selle eest ei karistata. Kui aga ise teada ei anna ning lõpuks teeb selle kõne kas või näiteks naaber, järgneb kriminaalmenetlus, mis võib päädida reaalse vabadusekaotusega.”
“Seega on mõistlik teavitada naabrist varem,“ selgitas siseminister, kelle sõnul algavad trahvimised siiski alles peale kampaania lõppu.
Vabatahtlik pilliloovutamisampaania “Pill tuleb pika ilu peale ära tuua” kestab 2022. aasta lõpuni, kuid koju jäänud ohtlikke muusikaesemeid saab loovutada ka muul ajal.
